They had a great selection of seafood, meats and veggies! Their service was quick and everyone there was very helpful and nice. I got the signature flavor broth and it was very delicious! I also recommend trying their signature hot drink, it was a good sweetness and perfect temperature! I can’t wait to come back and try more of their delicious food!
I LOVE this spot! Everything about it is great! Good atmosphere, fun to pick your items for your bowl, wide selection, nice staff! Love love love! Really bring everyone you know here its just so fun delicious and well priced!
So glad we found this Chinese restaurant! The Mala Tang and Mala Xiangguo taste very authentic—I’m from Sichuan, so I can tell. The prices are reasonable, and 15 per person is enough to get full. The owner is very generous. We ordered just one bowl of rice but were given two. They’re closed on Tuesdays, but during our stay in Utah, we’d love to visit again—either this Wednesday or Thursday.
Build your own giant bowl of noodles and pay by the pound. 10.99. I got 3 servings of noodles plus veggies, thin sliced beef, spam, and paid 8.00. There are a lot of other authentic Chinese items to add to the bowl, I didn’t try those this time. There is a base broth and you can add tomato, spices and other upgrades. Family owned and operated, really nice people.
PLEASE TRY HERE ONCE their broth was absolutely incredible! i got Signature broth, my friends got Szechuan and another one and they were all really flavorful and felt perfect in this cold weather also try the sliced tofu noodles (chewy, very tasty) and quail eggs dip in your diy sauce! i think they might be family owned, come support they're having a promotion! 9.99/lb is AN AMAZING DEAL
The broth is insanely good. I got the spicy Sichuan broth and it was delicious. There was a variety of options of veggies and such to add into your soup I wouldn’t say the quality is top notch but man that broth is really good and can probably make anything tasty lol. Slightly on the pricier side. Owner was nice and ambiance is casual and nice.
Love their Malaxingguo. To order food - enter the restaurant, grab a bowl, pick ingredients you want, then hand it over to the server at the counter. They will weight the bowl and ask which style (soup or stir fry) and sauce you want.
This place is great! They have a great selection of ingredients, food tastes great, spicy options available, and the price seems reasonable and service is amazing! I've been here like 6 times now and have had only great experiences. The staff are super friendly and helpful!
